Makunga

Makunga is the main antagonist of the second Madagascar film, Escape to Africa. A lion with "great hair, Makunga wishes to overthrow Zuba as the alpha male lion of the pride, but loses every time. After losing, Makunga was taken back to new York by Nana in a cat cage.
